Shift is seeking an Account Manager (Internal) to manage a portfolio of Merchant accounts and accelerate growth through proactive engagement and stakeholder management. You will maintain relationships with key decision makers, onboard new merchants, and drive adoption of Shift products.
You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience, educate merchants on recent features, and deliver insightful reporting to support mutual goals.
