- Base salary will be in the range $120,317 - $134,892 + 17% super (HEW Level 8).
- Based at our picturesque and conveniently located St Lucia campus.

About This Opportunity

Join a collaborative, visionary and purpose driven team that supports the University’s research community through the delivery of high quality research systems and services. As the Research Systems Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enabling researchers and qualified staff to navigate, adopt and optimise research management systems across the research lifecycle. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help create meaningful change through innovative solutions, strong partnerships and a commitment to continuous improvement. Drawing on your understanding of research practice and emerging sector trends, you will contribute to a connected, inclusive and service focused environment that supports research excellence and impact.

Key responsibilities will include

- Supporting the Senior Manager, Research Systems Support in delivering outreach, analytics and processes that enhance research systems and researcher engagement.
- Leading initiatives that strengthen existing and emerging research systems, including identifying opportunities for improvement, development and integration.
- Providing expert support to research system users and coordinating engagement with external vendors and partners where required.
- Building collaborative partnerships across the University and providing timely, authoritative advice on research systems, policies and procedures.
- Monitoring higher education and research management trends to inform future focused system enhancements and service delivery.

About You





- Relevant postgraduate qualifications, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training within the higher education sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of university based research management and the research lifecycle.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong digital literacy, including the ability to interpret and communicate technical information and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage projects and competing priorities, delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes.
