Peppers Silo Hotel is an inspiring $30 million redevelopment of the Kings Wharf grain silos in Launceston, Tasmania. The nine-storey hotel consists of 108 rooms, including 52 in the barrels of the former silos, and overlooks the nearby tourist drawcards of Seaport, Royal Park, the Tamar River Basin and Cataract Gorge. Lead the front-of-house experience at one of Tasmania's most distinctive dining destinations.

We're seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead service across Grain Restaurant, Grain Café and Woody's Bar. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager, or an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role.

As the 2IC to the Food & Beverage Manager,



you'll have genuine influence across the operation with a clear pathway into senior Food & Beverage leadership.

About the Role

You'll lead daily service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, café and events, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll coach the team, uphold service standards and lead the day-to-day running of the venue.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead front-of-house operations across Grain Restaurant, Grain Café and Woody's Bar.

Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences while showcasing Tasmania's food and wine.

Support rostering, ordering, stock control, compliance and daily operations.

Assist with events and step into the Food & Beverage Manager's role when required.
