As our business continues to grow, we are seeking expressions of interest from an experienced, trade qualified Cabinet Maker who is passionate about high-end custom joinery. Interior Mission is a custom joinery business based in Moolap, servicing Geelong, the Surf Coast and surrounding regions.
We specialise in architectural residential joinery, delivering bespoke projects across renovations and current home builds. Working within a small, dedicated team, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a project, from workshop manufacture through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble high-end custom joinery
- Install cabinetry and joinery on residential building sites
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with the Interior Mission team to deliver projects on time
- Liaise professionally with builders, trades and clients during installations
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects from manufacture through to installation
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Trade qualified Cabinet Maker (Certificate III in Cabinet Making)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience in architectural or high-end residential joinery
- Installation experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Desirable
- Experience leading projects
- Experience mentoring apprentices or junior team members
