About this position

The City of Gosnells is currently seeking a number of casual Customer Service Officers to join the customer-focused Leisure World team.

What we are looking for

- Experience in an aquatic or leisure centre environment (desirable)




- Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast paced team environment
- Knowledge and experience in cash handling and banking procedures
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff and customers from diverse backgrounds, both in person and over the phone
- A positive and friendly attitude

Essential requirements

- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid certificate
