Lead the delivery of one of Western Australia's most significant regional construction projects.
We've partnered with a leading Perth-based commercial builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the multi-residential, education, aged care, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a landmark $100 million hotel development in Port Hedland. This impressive project involves the construction of a 7-storey new-build hotel.

As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors,
consultants, and client representatives while leading the site team throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to achieve programme milestones
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements
- Maintain exceptional quality standards across all stages of construction
- Monitor programme, productivity, and site performance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ is highly regarded
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and safety legislation
- Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and project outcomes effectively
- Trade background or relevant construction qualifications
