Digital Services

Digital Services provides responsive, integrated and customer-orientated for ECU’s digital technology platforms and solutions. Within this diverse and dynamic technology space, the Digital Business Systems team provides support, analysis, integration and development services for ECU’s digital systems.

About the Opportunity

This position involves, developing, and integrating ECU’s diverse ecosystem of IT applications. With a solid customer focus and analytical skills, the analyst is part of an innovative, professional, and high-performing team that strives to enable ECU to reach its strategic goals.

About you

As well as demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills, the ideal candidate would require the following experience:

- Demonstrated experience in application integration, configuration, management, maintenance, development and support. Including platforms including a mix of on-premises and outsourced (hosted, SaaS, PaaS),



as well as a wide range of software applications in a hybrid Cloud environment to incorporate current and emerging technology into solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in application support and development roles in a mid-sized organisation
- Demonstrated experience in software integration, configuration, maintenance, development and support, and associated methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience working with managed software service providers.
- Demonstrated experience in IT project methodologies and processes in the successful implementation and delivery of technology projects.
- Experience in working effectively with stakeholders in identifying, communicating, and resolving issues; engaging and managing appropriate resources; managing risks; maintaining progress and achieving desired outcomes within project schedules.
