BYD & Denza Gold Coast has a dynamic opportunity available for Product Specialists to join our growing team - with roles available across the Gold Coast sites.

About the role

A Product Specialist will assist & introduce our customers to the exciting product, working alongside a highly supportive team. You will be trained & educated to know all the specifics of the vehicles, from battery capabilities to performance features.





To be successful you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, an engaging personality and passion for delivering an outstanding and memorable guest experience.

Desirable criteria:

- Exceptional people skills
- Team orientated mindset
- Building relationships and educating in all matters of electric vehicles
- Ability to use tablet technology and capture customer data
- Excellent communication and transferring information
- Have a valid driver's license
- A natural passion for guiding and assisting customers
- A outstanding attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing a challenge
