The opportunity

We're partnering with an exciting new business that's set to transform the residential Property Management industry.

Specialising in outsourced property inspections, this business provides routine inspections, entry condition reports, final inspections, vacate inspections and home opens for real estate agencies, allowing Property Managers to spend more time building relationships while a dedicated inspections team handles the fieldwork.

As the General Manager - Inspections, you'll be responsible for building, leading and growing the operation from the ground up.

Your role

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the inspections division while helping scale a fast-growing business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and mentoring the inspections team and future Team Leaders
- Managing workloads, KPIs and operational performance
- Overseeing routine, entry, final and vacate inspections to ensure exceptional quality
- Implementing systems, technology and processes that improve efficiency
- Coaching, developing and inspiring a high-performing team
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation and internal procedures
- Working closely with Property Managers, Leasing Consultants and agency partners
- Managing escalated inspection, maintenance and compliance matters
- Reporting on business performance and driving continuous improvement
- Building relationships with real estate agencies and generating new business opportunities
- Helping shape the strategic direction and future growth of the company

About you

This opportunity would suit an experienced Property Inspections Manager, Inspections Team Leader, Operations Manager, Head of Property Management or General Manager looking for their next challenge.

It would also be an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing Senior Property Manager who's ready to leave portfolio management behind and step into a genuine General Manager position, leading people, influencing strategy and helping scale an exciting new business.

You'll also bring:

- Extensive experience within Residential Property Management
- Previous leadership, mentoring or management experience
- A passion for coaching, developing and inspiring people
