We're looking for a Graduate or Junior Accountant (up to 2 years' experience) to join our growing team. You'll get hands-on exposure to real clients from day one, structured mentoring from experienced accountants, and a explicit runway to build your technical skills and your career — not just tick boxes.

What you'll be doing

You'll work alongside experienced accountants to support our clients with their taxation and compliance obligations, while building the technical foundation for a long and successful career in public practice.

Your day-to-day will include (but isn't limited to):

• Assisting with the preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for Companies, Trusts and

Partnerships

• Preparing Income Tax Returns for Individuals, including Sole Traders and family business groups

• Learning the ropes of tax planning strategies alongside senior team members

• Working closely with colleagues to make sure everything complies with current tax legislation and

regulations

• Getting involved in ad hoc advisory work — think cash flow forecasting, budgeting and business

performance insights

• Building your client-facing skills and starting to develop your own professional relationships





About you

• A completed (or nearly completed) degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field

• Up to 2 years' experience in a public practice accounting firm (graduates welcome — we'll teach you the

rest)

• Genuinely curious about tax, business and how companies operate — you ask “why”, not just “how”

• Comfortable working independently but you also love being part of a team that has your back

• Confident communicator, keen to build real relationships with clients and colleagues alike

• A proactive, can-do attitude — you look for ways to add value rather than waiting to be told

• Strong research skills and the drive to dig into technical problems until you understand them

• Ambitious and career-minded, with your sights set on where this role can take you
