The Role

- Salary band: $110k–$160k + super (experience dependent)
- Advise employers on day-to-day employment issues with a focus on commercial, implementable solutions
- Run and support employment disputes (including strategy, evidence, negotiations and advocacy as appropriate)
- Assist clients with award/enterprise agreement interpretation and pay compliance risk
- Contribute to WHS / workers compensation matters (where aligned to your background)
- A strong pipeline of advisory and disputes work—step into meaningful matters quickly




- Mentor juniors and help lift team capability as you step up in seniority

You’ll Be Outstanding If You…

- Have 3+ years PAE in employment/workplace relations (more senior candidates welcome)
- Enjoy balancing technical excellence with clear, practical advice
- Are comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy and accountability
- Communicate confidently with clients and collaborate well with colleagues
- Bring advocacy experience (or a real interest in building it)
