We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Storeperson Assistant to join our team. This casual role is essential for ensuring a smooth operation.
Pay rate is based on Hospitality Award wages.
What you'll do:
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries
- Date-check and record temperatures for high-risk food items
- Distribute stock promptly to the correct locations
- Handle order placement and invoice processing
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace
What we're looking for:
- Clear communicator: friendly, approachable, and patient when resolving inventory/supply issues with the team
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items and performing repetitive tasks (bending, reaching)
- Flexible availability to work diverse hours (earlier shift starts from 6am)
