We are seeking experienced Blast Crew Operators for ongoing opportunities across tier-one iron ore operations in the Pilbara. Join a high-performing Drill & Blast team with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and production, with long-term opportunities available.
The Role

- Conduct blast hole QA/QC checks
- Load, prime and stem blast holes
- Assist with charging and tie-in activities
- Set up and maintain blast exclusion zones
- Complete pre- and post-blast inspections
- Operate and maintain blast equipment in accordance with site procedures
- Work safely as part of a collaborative Drill & Blast team

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' Blast Crew experience in an open pit mining workplace
- WA-based, FIFO from Perth or Busselton
- Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
- HR Driver's Licence (highly regarded)
- Current Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
