The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, creative Account Manager to become the bridge between our clients and our production team.
This is much more than a traditional account management role. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion while contributing creative ideas, developing marketing material, assisting with graphic design, and helping our clients achieve exceptional results.
You’ll be someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, thinking creatively and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build long-term relationships.
· Meet with clients to understand their goals and develop creative solutions.
· Prepare quotes, proposals and project briefs.
· Coordinate projects from concept through production and installation.
· Produce graphic design work for signage, branding, marketing and digital content.
· Develop social media content and marketing campaigns.
· Assist with branding concepts and creative direction.
· Liaise with production staff, suppliers and installers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
· Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client relationships.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and timelines.
· Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
· Experience in account management, project management or client services.
· Solid graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
· A good understanding of branding and marketing.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong organisation and time management.
· A creative eye with attention to detail.
· The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· A positive, proactive attitude.
· A current Australian driver’s licence.
Bonus Skills
· Experience within signage, print, exhibitions, events or fabrication.
· Photography or videography.
· Social media management.
· Website updates (WordPress or similar).
· Copywriting.
· Experience with CRM or project management software.
