About the role
This role offers the opportunity to lead a growing short-stay accommodation business while working closely with an experienced Director. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Escapes division, mentor a small team, strengthen relationships with property owners and help drive the continued growth of the portfolio.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a client facing environment and is ready to take the next step into leadership. Supported by an Operations Supervisor and administration team, you will have the chance to focus on improving processes, leading people and making a genuine impact on the future of the business.

What your days will look like
No two days are the same, but you'll be supported by an Operations Supervisor and administration team, allowing you to focus on leading rather than getting buried in the small tasks.

- Leading and developing a small, high performing team.
- Building trusted relationships with property owners.
- Working closely with the sales team to secure new managements.
- Identifying ways to improve systems and streamline operations.




- Monitoring performance while helping shape the future direction of the business.
- Playing a key role in growing one of Adelaide's leading short-stay accommodation businesses.

It's a role that combines leadership, strategy, operations and business development in equal measure.

About you

- Previous leadership or management experience.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, holiday accommodation or property management.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people.
- Business development experience or a genuine passion for growing a business.
- Strong organisational skills and the confidence to make decisions.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and lead by example.
- Current driver's licence.
