Meet your new team

Based out of our Balcatta store, you will be joining a high energy, supportive team, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service, managing product service and repairs in store.

How you will make an impact

As our Service Technician, this role will see you:

- promptly meet and greet customers, understanding their service and support needs.

- make recommendations for service/ repair options and provide quotes.





- proactively complete product service including to replace parts as needed.

- work with the store manager to order spare parts, tools and equipment for servicing and repairs.

- effectively communicate with customers or service status including advising of work completion and invoicing on completion.

- assist with customer service enquiries.

The successful candidate

Our ideal candidate for the Service Technician role will demonstrate:

- experience in completing service /repair work on mobility equipment like scooters, e-scooters and bikes.

- an understanding of electronics including down to the component or part level.

- exceptional communication skills to engage with and support customers via phone, in store and email.

- providing a first-class customer experience, always working with integrity.

- an outgoing, friendly personality to easily build rapport with customers.
