Bahia Family Restaurants is a McDonald’s franchise.

Given the needs of the business, we now require a full-time Retail Manager to join our busy team.

The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Belconnen ACT.

The duties and responsibilities of the Retail Manager position include:

- Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring service standards are met.

- Inventory management including overseeing stock levels and ordering

- Preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses and liaising with senior management re. financial goals of the business.

- Providing excellent customer service including tending to customer inquiries and complaints.

- Maintaining store presentation.

- Ensuring the business complies with relevant laws,



including Workplace Health and Safety policies.

- Selecting, training and supervision / upskilling of staff.

The successful candidate will have the following:

* Associate-Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and one (1) year full time relevant work experience; OR

* Three (3) years of full-time work experience.

A base salary of $77,000.00 (per annum, plus superannuation) will be offered to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail.
