We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Level 4 Experienced Educator to join our team, supporting children aged 0–3 years in a warm, responsive and engaging learning environment.

About the Role

As a Level 4 Experienced Educator, you will play an important role in creating a safe, secure and stimulating environment where our youngest learners can thrive. Working alongside the Room Leader and leadership team, you will use your experience to contribute to curriculum decisions and ensure high-quality practices are consistently maintained.

You will build strong, trusting relationships with children and families, recognising that secure attachments are fundamental to children's development during their first three years.

About You

You are an experienced educator who:

- Holds an approved Diploma in Early Childhood qualification.

- Has demonstrated experience working with infants and toddlers (0–3 years).

- Understands child development and responsive care-giving practices.

- Creates calm, nurturing environments that promote children's wellbeing and sense of belonging.

- Develops meaningful learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and developmental needs.

- Builds respectful, collaborative relationships with families.

- Works positively as part of a team while confidently supporting less experienced educators.





- Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation and reflective practice.

- Has a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Child Safe Standards.

- Maintains high standards of health, safety, hygiene and supervision.

Essential Requirements

- Approved Diploma Early Childhood qualification

- Current Working With Children Check.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications

- Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN-EC) training

- Current National Child Safety Training obtained through GECCKO
