KAEFER Integrated Services is recruiting qualified Riggers to support scheduled shutdown activities across Pilbara-based projects. This role involves participation in ongoing maintenance and turnaround scopes within a safety-critical environment, with confirmed workload continuity extending through 2027.
ABOUT THE JOB
Brownfields Construction Upgrades to Iron Ore site in the Pilbara. Scope of works is Balance Machines – working on Stackers, Reclaimers, Shiploaders.
ABOUT YOU
· Experience with heavy and fixed plant
· Minimum 3-5 years of rigging experience
· Demonstrable experience working with any heavy machinery is essential.
· Knowledge of counterweight assemblies
· Confident in reading lift plans
· Strong knowledge of load distribution and structural stress
· Clear communicator
Qualifications
· High Risk Work Licence with RA or RI
· Working at Heights (within 2 years)
· Confined Space (within 2 years)
· OHS Construction Industry White Card
· Proof of Entitlement to work in Australia
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
- Shutdown Projects work approx. 3 weeks each: July, August, October, November, January
- Commit and complete number of shutdowns to earn retention payment
- POH Perth – Interstate Cities considered
