Canyon Solar builds prefabricated solar canopy structures at our Braemar facility and ships them to sites across Australia. We're growing and we need a Production Supervisor who can keep a small team moving, hold the line on quality, and still get on the tools when the job needs it.

You'll work directly under the Production Manager. This role sits at the centre of how we deliver, so being organised, switched on, and safety-conscious matters.

What You'll Do

- Supervise a production team of 4 to 6 people across daily workshop operations

- Plan the daily operations in accordance with the priorities on the business

- Monitor and report any defects and help implement the corrective actions required

- Manage workshop safety and help build a proactive safety culture

- Manage 3D printer schedules and perform basic machine maintenance when required

- Ensure production and safety processes are being followed and assist in updated procedures as required





- Get on the tools alongside the team and become fluent in our manufacturing process

What We're Looking For

- A 3rd or 4th year trade apprentice (electrical or similar) ready to step into a leadership role, or someone who has supervisor experience and is driven to provide positive outcomes

- High attention to detail and a genuine understanding of safety and quality processes

- Someone who can communicate clearly, keep people accountable, and stay calm under pressure

- Organised and reliable when it comes to coordinating people and materials
