As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead their Central region and drive the next chapter of their success.The Regional Manager - Central has the following key responsibilities:
Sales

- Lead, coach and develop the Business Development Managers
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales performance against budgets and KPIs
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic customers
- Review pipelines, forecasts and sales activities
- Ensure customer relationships are maintained at the highest level
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to maximise customer satisfaction
- Maintain and active personal sales portfolio by:

- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Managing key customer relationships
- Preparing quotations and proposals




- Achieving individual sales targets
- Representing the company at customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities

Workshop

- Ensure workshop productivity meets operational targets
- Monitor workshop profitability and utilization
- Review labour efficiency and job performance
- Ensure work is scheduled effectively and work delivered on time
- Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved

People Management

- Lead by example and promote company values
- Develop a high performing team culture
- Conduct regular one on one meetings with direct reports
- Identify training needs
- Support recruitment and people planning
- Foster solid communication across departments

Financial Management

- Deliver regional revenue and profit targets
- Mange budgets and expenditure
- Monitor sales margins
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability
- Ensure customer decisions align with company objectives

Health and Safety

- Promote a strong safety culture
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
- Ensure direct reports meet their WHS responsibilities
