Fair Work Lawyers is a well-regarded boutique employment law firm based in Adelaide, acting for employers across a broad range of workplace relations and employment law matters. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join our collaborative and high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients, managing matters from start to finish and building genuine relationships. Whilst experience in employment law is highly regarded, we are also keen to hear from lawyers with a litigation background who are looking to specialise in this area.
About Us
Fair Work Lawyers was founded by lawyers who wanted to build something different to the big firm life - avoiding the politics, rigid hierarchy and obsession with billable hours that often define the legal profession, they set out to create a firm where great lawyers could focus on doing outstanding work.
Today, we're a close-knit team of seven who enjoy tackling complex employment law matters while maintaining a supportive, down-to-earth culture. We work hard, enjoy what we do and don't take ourselves too seriously. Whether it's collaborating on a challenging matter or heading to the pub after work, we genuinely enjoy working together.
We're focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients, not chasing billable hours for the sake of it. If you're looking for high-quality work, real autonomy and a team that values collaboration over hierarchy, we'd love to hear from you.
