As a Relief Educator you will be on call to support our team of permanent Educators. You will develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our children, families and the team across varies studio and locations. Our Educators support and guide children’s learning through creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments.

We are looking for Educators to be on call to support all of the the following Services

- Sparrow Early Learning Drouin

- Sparrow Early Learning Grant Street

- Sparrow Early Learning Waterford Rise

What you’ll need:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy

- Current Working with Children Check

- Mandatory National Child Safety Training

- Monday to Friday / Open to Close availability

- Excellent communication & leadership skills

- Experience with Storypark is a bonus

- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
