About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT & Business Systems Manager to lead the next stage of our digital transformation. This is not a traditional IT support role. This is a hands-on IT leadership role, combining day-to-day technology support with business systems ownership and digital transformation. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, improving systems and creating better digital experiences for our team and customers.

Working closely with the General Manager and leaders across all departments, you'll take ownership of our technology environment, ensuring our IT infrastructure, business systems and digital platforms are reliable, secure and scalable while driving continuous improvement across our Odoo ERP, eCommerce, reporting and digital systems.

Your day will include providing hands-on IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware & software issues, leading Odoo ERP enhancements and integrations, managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud environments,



delivering automation and technology projects, developing business intelligence dashboards, managing technology vendors and supporting users across the business.

You'll also identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance data visibility, optimise our website and online customer experience, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to support business growth. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving business challenges through technology, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same.

Selection Criteria:

- 5+ years IT, business systems or technology leadership experience, including hands-on technical support

- Experience managing ERP platforms, integrations and business applications

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, networks and cybersecurity

- Demonstrated ability to improve business processes through technology

- Experience delivering dashboards, reporting tools or data solutions

- Ability to manage projects, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on enabling business users

A current driver's licence is essential.
