Grit Talent Consulting is recruiting an experienced Senior 3D Visualisation Artist to join a leading engineering and construction technology organisation on an 8-week contract based in Perth.

This role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled 3D professional who enjoys turning complex engineering concepts into engaging, high-quality visualisations and animations. You'll work on major infrastructure and construction projects, collaborating with a talented Visualisation team to deliver content that supports tender submissions, construction sequencing, logistics planning and client presentations.

What you'll be doing

- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and technical animations for engineering and construction projects.
- Work across the full production pipeline, including modelling, texturing, lighting, animation, cameras, rendering and compositing.
- Create construction sequencing,



logistics and methodology animations from engineering drawings and BIM models.
- Export and optimise Revit and Navisworks models for use in 3ds Max.
- Produce photorealistic renders using V-Ray and complete post-production using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical, creative and client quality standards.
