As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be reporting to the Processing Manager, working on an 8:6 roster as part of our Lake Johnston operation in Western Australia. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and continuous improvement of processing activities to meet production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of processing plant personnel,



including operators and technicians

- Implement operational plans and strategies to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and environmental compliance

- Provide ongoing direction, mentoring, training and support to the Supervisors and processing teams

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and relevant standards and codes

- Setting up procedures within the processing plant which also includes developing and maintaining effective Protected Work Procedures

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce operating costs

What You'll Bring

- A formal qualification in metallurgy or process engineering is beneficial but not essential

- Minimum of 5 years' previous experience in a leadership role within a similar environment managing large processing teams

- Ability to efficiently plan and coordinate daily processing activities and meeting targets

- Working Knowledge of relevant Acts, Codes and Regulations used in the mining industry

- Section 26 Supervisor qualification under WA mining legislation, or the ability to obtain one
