About the Role
We are seeking skilled and motivated Compounding Technicians to join our growing compounding team.
Opportunities are available for technicians with experience in:
- Non-sterile compounding
These roles are available on a full-time basis.
Compounding Technician – Non-Sterile
As a Compounding Technician, you will play a critical role in the preparation of high-quality compounded medicines in a controlled laboratory setting.
Key Responsibilities
Non-Sterile Compounding Duties (where applicable):
- Preparation of non-sterile dosage forms including creams, capsules, suspensions, and other formulations
- Accurate weighing, measuring, and formulation following compounding worksheets
- Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration
- Stock management of raw materials and consumables
- Compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures
This role suits individuals who value precision, consistency, and patient safety, and who enjoy working in a structured, quality-driven environment.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in non-sterile compounding, laboratory, or pharmacy settings (highly desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to follow procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
- A proactive mindset with openness to learning and process improvement
