About the Role

As our Head Chef, you will be the engine room of our kitchen and a key driver of service excellence. You will:

- Champion food quality, consistency, safety, and presentation

- Manage kitchen team across all service periods

- Create amazing theme nights and special event.

- Lead, inspire, and train a dedicated kitchen team

- Manage cost controls, stock, rosters, and kitchen efficiencies.

- Maintain the highest culinary standards in every plate that leaves the pass

- Maintain the highest hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.





- Have an outstanding knowledge and application of all things safety.

- Foster a culture of pride, professionalism, and teamwork
