About the role

This is a full-time role as a Glazier based in Wangara, Western Australia. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of glass windows, doors, and other glass surfaces in commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Measure, cut, and fit glass according to specifications and drawings.

· Install glass in windows, doors, partitions, shower screens, balustrades, and other fixtures.

· Fabricating and installing mouldings for glass installations.

· Measure, cut, and fit mirrors according to specifications and drawings.

· Apply sealants, putty, and other bonding materials to secure glass.

· Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

· Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.

· Inspect completed installations for quality and compliance with standards.

· Handle glass products with care to prevent damage and ensure safety.

· Maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.

· Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.





· Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a glazier or in a similar trade.

· Ability to measure accurately and work with precision.

· Knowledge of glass types, installation techniques, and safety practices.

· Competence in using hand tools and power tools.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.

· Positive communication and teamwork skills.

· Valid driver’s licence.

Work Conditions:

· Work may involve heights, confined spaces, and exposure to varying weather conditions.

· Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

Performance Indicators:

· Quality and accuracy of installations.
