Store Manager

At Roof Racks Galore, we're more than just roof racks. We help our customers get away for camping trips, family holidays, mountain biking adventures, ski weekends and everything in between.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Store Manager to lead one of our retail stores. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing Sales Assistants and Accessory Fitters.
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Helping customers find the right roof racks and outdoor accessories for their vehicle and lifestyle.
- Installing roof rack systems and accessories when required (full product training provided).
- Managing store presentation to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Overseeing inventory, stock control and merchandising.
- Driving sales performance and achieving store targets.
- Ensuring company policies, procedures and safety standards are followed.
- Working closely with your Area Manager and Head Office to support business initiatives.

About You

You'll be someone who:

- Has previous retail leadership or store management experience.
- Leads by example and enjoys developing others.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise competing tasks.
- Enjoys practical,



hands-on work.
- Has sound business acumen and understands how to drive store performance.
- Is confident using computers and retail systems.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.

Essential Requirements

- Current manual driver's licence.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) and Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm) as rostered.
- Previous experience leading a retail team.
- Ability to safely lift, carry and install roof rack products.
- A passion for customer service and team development.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
