I'm currently partnering with a well-established commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality retail and commercial projects throughout Victoria. Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team in Geelong.

The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and letting packages.
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements.
- Assess progress claims and process subcontractor payments.
- Manage variations,
cost reporting and forecasting.
- Assist with project budgets and financial reporting.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Support the successful commercial delivery of multiple projects.
About You
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering retail and commercial projects highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
