Recycling Plastics Australia is a proudly South Australian-owned plastics recycling company with over 40 years of industry experience. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Forklift & HR Truck Driver to join our team.

This is a full-time permanent position working a Pitman roster consisting of 12-hour day shifts (6:45 am – 7:15 pm), averaging 7 shifts per fortnight, including every second weekend.

About the Role

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products and materials throughout our site and to local customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift.

- Transport finished goods and raw materials around the site.

- Complete local deliveries using a company HR truck.

- Pack and unpack shipping containers.

- Put stock away in designated storage locations.

- Conduct pre-start vehicle and forklift inspections.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

- Comply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Forklift Licence with demonstrated operating experience.

- A current HR Truck Licence (or the willingness to obtain one).

- Experience loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- A strong work ethic with a reliable and positive attitude.

- The ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks.

- The ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every second weekend.

- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
