We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our poultry services team, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant practices while leading a high-performing workforce.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising operational activities including catching, vaccinations, shed washing, grading, building and transport operations. You will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining biosecurity and animal welfare standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day operational activities across multiple teams.
- Co-ordinate labour hire and workforce scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of bird welfare, safety, and biosecurity compliance.
- Monitor operational performance and report on key KPI's.
- Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operation goals.




- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.

About You

- Previous experience in an Operations Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
- Srong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisaional and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing operational performance and driving efficiencies.
- Sound understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
- Experience in agriculture, poultry, logistics, transport, or manufacturing will be highly regarded.
