Westwood Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our supportive team. This is a part time role, working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Our busy clinic cares for more than 120 patients each day. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and fostering a collaborative and professional workplace culture.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Westwood Medical Centre, you’ll play a key role in supporting our GPs and ensuring high standards of clinical care. You’ll be part of a welcoming and effective team that values both clinical excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct health assessments and assist with chronic disease management

- Support GPs with immunisations, ECGs, wound care, iron infusions, and other procedures

- Manage clinical supplies, stock control, and reordering

- Oversee cold chain and infection control protocols

- Maintain clinical equipment and ensure a safe,



clean work workplace

- Stay compliant with healthcare regulations and safety standards

- Foster strong communication within the team and maintain patient confidentiality

About You

- Passionate about proactive, preventative healthcare

- Professional, friendly, and empathetic communicator

- Able to work independently in a busy clinical setting

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Committed to ongoing learning and development

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing

- Previous general practice experience (essential)

- Current First Aid and CPR certification

- National Police Clearance

- Working with Children Check
