Position Overview

The Netskope Director, Regional Sales will lead and grow the sales organization in Brisbane, overseeing a team of 5 to 10 sales representatives and managing Regional Sales Managers.

Responsibilities

- Directly supervise 5 to 10 sales representatives and perform supervisory duties.
- Hire, train, and manage top caliber Regional Sales Managers.
- Communicate effectively across the organization, forecast accurately, and add value in sales cycles.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
- Lead sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program.
- Contribute to the sales leadership team, fostering a positive achievement‑oriented workplace and maintaining company culture and reputation.

Job Requirements

- 20+ years of experience within a sales organization.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including at least 4 years at a Director level.
- Successful track record selling security and networking technologies (e.g., proxies, next‑generation firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN, SSO, DLP, encryption gateways) to Fortune 1,000 customers.




- Verifiable quota‑exceeding record.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key local resellers and national partners.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, retain, and motivate sales teams.
- Prior management of territories generating over $100 million in revenue.
- Resident of the targeted geography with local relationships.
- Willing to travel 50%–75% within the region.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree.
