About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Client Services Officer to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our business, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our clients while providing administration support to our advisers and team. This is a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors.
- Answer and direct telephone enquiries.
- Manage client appointments and diaries.
- Prepare and process client documentation.
- Maintain client records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to advisers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with general office administration.
- Maintain a professional reception area.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
About You
You will have:
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A skilled, friendly and positive attitude.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in financial services is an advantage but not essential.
