A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant

- Make every room feel like a home away from home.
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Help the publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation.
- Work with the front office team to deliver special requests and make guests stay special.

Inherent Requirements

- Hands‑on role involving manual handling and lifting; must safely perform physical tasks such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries.
