BHP is seeking a Health & Safety Superintendent to partner with the Newman Operations leadership team within the WAIO HSSEM Business Partnering Team. The role is FIFO from Perth on a 5/2, 4/3.9/5, 4/3 roster, providing leadership on health, safety, hygiene and HS assurance across the operation.
You will coach and develop teams, drive continuous improvement and integrate HSMS standards with operating routines to achieve KPIs. Travel across WAIO is expected and relevant qualifications are required.
