Responsible for deploying Network security products at customer sites, including tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and providing on-the-job training to expedite the customer ROI.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a software/services company.
- Proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments.
- Hands-on experience with networking devices (e.g., switches, routers), including virtual routing and software-defined networking (SDN).
- Expertise in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
- Experience with Public Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and understanding of Cloud security fundamentals.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines,



and handling business-critical situations.
- Solid customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain trust.
- Problem-solving skills, results-driven mindset, and a proactive "make it happen" attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative team player with a pleasant demeanour and high integrity.
- Quick and self-learner with the ability to adapt.
- Willingness to travel Domestically and Internationally up to 20% of the time as needed
