Claims team supports customers through some of life’s most challenging moments, helping them feel informed, supported and confident in the claims process. We’re looking for people who are ready to bring their existing skills into a role with real purpose. You don’t need claims assessing experience. What matters most is how you think, how you communicate, and how you show up for customers when it counts.

What You’ll Do

- Assess and manage life insurance claims from lodgement through to decision.
- Analyse medical, financial and claim information to understand each customer’s circumstances.
- Make balanced, timely decisions using evidence, policy terms and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with customers, advisers, medical providers and internal teams.
- Build trusted relationships that support fair, customer-focused outcomes.
- Keep customers and stakeholders informed throughout the claims journey.
- Contribute ideas that improve processes, reduce friction and strengthen the customer experience.
