? Salary: $90,000 – $98,000 + Super COCO Palette Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and driven Retail Manager to lead their store operations in Strathfield. If you're passionate about retail leadership, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business performance, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do? As our Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the business by:

Managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.

Driving sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business targets.

Overseeing inventory, stock control, supplier coordination, and visual merchandising.

Recruiting, training, mentoring, and leading a high-performing retail team.

Creating staff rosters and conducting performance reviews.

Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns professionally.

Ensuring compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS)



and employment regulations.

Preparing reports on sales performance, stock turnover, and operational costs. What We're Looking For?

✔ Relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role.

✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
