We're a bore and reticulation company servicing the Perth metro area. Small, close-knit team, and we're reliable about looking after our customers' gardens and each other.

We've got a spot installing and repairing reticulation, working both north and south of the river, 38 hours a week Monday to Friday during the casual period, with overtime available when we're busy. You'll train alongside senior staff and build up to running your own jobs.

You don't need reticulation experience

Some of our best people came from retail, warehousing and other trades. What actually matters:

- You turn up, on time, every day
- You want to learn a trade properly and stick at it
- You're happy working outdoors and physically: digging, kneeling, lifting up to 25 kg, and Perth summers
- You work well on your own without someone standing over you
- You treat a customer's yard like it's your own
- You can hold a conversation, because you're the face of the business in someone's backyard

What you'll be doing

- Installing retic: trenching, PVC and poly line work, sprinklers, solenoids, controllers
- Diagnosing and repairing existing systems
- Some lawn laying and the occasional bit of concrete
- Keeping job notes and billing info up to date, same day




- Mostly working solo or in a pair

What you need

- Australian driver's licence
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Permanent Australian work rights: citizen, permanent resident or NZ citizen
- A smartphone with reliable data
- National Police Certificate, or willing to get one. We reimburse the fee
- White Card, or willing to get one before you start

How the role starts The role starts casual, paid hourly with the 25% casual loading, while we both make sure it's the right fit. That's usually around three months. If it works out on both sides we move you to permanent full-time on $80,000 to $90,000 plus super, depending on experience. It's not automatic, but it's the plan and it's how our current team came through. Full-time runs around 45 hours a week including the regular overtime our team works. You also get an RDO you can take or cash out at 1.5x. Overtime is paid on top of base, so the top of that range is reachable.
