Your Role as a Revenue Officer As a Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our rating and debtor databases in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Embrace our values and contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Your Profile

Do you have proven experience in a high-volume transactional environment with a strong attention to detail? If so, we welcome your application to join the team. Demonstrated experience in accurately entering and maintaining high volumes of data into a database. Strong customer service experience in debt recovery including negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with Debt Recovery Policies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Package: Market-competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Hours of work: Temporary Full Time. Opportunity is expected to be available until mid December 2026. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system.
