As a Buyer, you will be responsible for curating commercially successful assortments that connect with our customers and drive category performance. Working closely with Planning, Product Management teams and third-party brand partners, you'll build customer-focused product ranges that maximise sales, profitability and inventory productivity across the Ozmosis business. What you’ll be responsible for Developing and executing category buying strategies aligned to business and financial objectives.
Building commercially balanced assortments across eCommerce, flagship and outlet channels.
Partnering with Product Management teams to influence future range development using customer insights and trading results.
Analysing sales performance, customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to drive buying decisions.
Managing assortment architecture, pricing strategies and category performance.
Conducting weekly trade analysis and identifying opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
Leading post-season reviews and using insights to optimise future assortments and buying strategies.
Working collaboratively with Planning, Allocation, Retail and VM teams to deliver strong trading outcomes. About you
You're passionate about product, trends and understanding your customer. You combine strong commercial instincts with analytical thinking and are confident using data to make product and assortment decisions.
You thrive in a fast-paced retail workplace and enjoy collaborating across teams to achieve shared commercial goals. What you’ll bring Previous experience in a fashion retail Buying role.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail financial drivers.
Experience managing assortments, product selection and category performance.
Proven ability to build balanced assortments across multiple product categories.
Robust analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with retail systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Experience working with Product Management or Product Development teams will be highly regarded.
