Recent Premium Pay Rates:

- PCA: $46 - $101 per hour
- ENs: $51 - $108 per hour
- RN's: $54 - $154 per hour

To Be Eligible, You Must Have:

- Australian working rights
- Valid Police Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or application ID from Services Victoria)
- Flu Vaccination Record (2026)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Record
- 2 professional references from your most recent workplace
- CPR/BLS certifications (ENs & RNs only)
- Current AHPRA registration (ENs & RNs only)
- Minimum 3 months of nursing experience (ENs & RNs only)




- Minimum 120 hours of aged care placement (PCAs / Student Nurses only)
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent care
