Our continued growth over 27+ years has created an exciting opportunity for a Fire Service Sales & Business Development role in Malaga, Western Australia. Must have the ability to drive revenue growth, develop & grow long term customer base and strengthen the company's presence across the WA market.

Reporting directly to the COO and Director, this is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced fire industry professional who enjoys combining business development, sales strategy with view to management.

The Opportunity:

This is a true individual opportunity role to build as your own where you will be responsible for both driving new business and working within an established quoting/sales support function.

You will be reviewing tenders, providing quotations, improving sales conversion, supporting customers & their ongoing knowledge development of product

Alongside this, you will actively develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and play a key role in achieving directed business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the greater sales team with quoting, tender submissions and sales conversion activities

· Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans

· Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and government sectors

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants and industry stakeholders





· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award

· Prepare and present tenders, proposals and commercial submissions

· Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline with forecasting and reporting

· Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

· Represent the business at industry networking events and forums

About You

You will be a commercially strong sales leader with proven experience in the fire protection industry and a track record of winning work and developing client relationships.

To be successful, you will bring:

· Experience in Sales or Business Development within the Fire Protection industry

· Strong knowledge of dry fire systems

· Experience leading, mentoring or supporting a sales/estimating team

· Strong capability in quoting, proposal development and commercial negotiation

· A proven track record of winning new business and growing key accounts

· Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

· A commercially driven and proactive approach

· Current Australian Driver’s Licence
