Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads & enquiries into sales
- Deliver expert advice and tailored recommendations
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide a seamless and inspiring sales experience
About you:
- A true travel lover - maybe you’ve worked in the industry, backpacked, or explored the world yourself
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Motivated by hitting targets and delivering results
- Confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building rapport
- Goal-driven with a passion for achieving results
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and great energy
