The Opportunity

Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you'll work with customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey, delivering the exceptional experience that BMW is known for. You'll receive ongoing training, support and development while building your sales skills within a high-performing and supportive team setting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building genuine relationships with customers and helping them find the right vehicle

- Delivering a premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery

- Following up customer leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

- Generating repeat and referral business through outstanding service

- Working towards individual and team sales targets

- Promoting finance, insurance and other value-added products where appropriate

- Contributing to the positive culture and success of the dealership

About You





We are looking for someone who is:

- Currently working in a sales role and looking for their next opportunity

- Motivated, ambitious and driven to achieve results

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships

- Professional, reliable and able to work independently

- Eager to learn and develop their sales career

- Interested in the automotive industry and premium brands

- Hold current sales and drivers' licence

Previous automotive sales experience is welcomed but not essential. We value attitude, work ethic and a willingness to learn just as highly as industry experience.
