Make approximately 40-60 quality outbound calls each day.

Engage business owners and senior decision-makers.

Qualify opportunities, extend free trials and schedule meetings for our senior sales executives.





Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities.

Consistently exceed activity and opportunity targets. ? Who we're looking for This role is for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating opportunities where others don't. You'll ideally have: 1+ year of outbound B2B sales, SDR or customer-facing experience (or be an exceptional graduate with strong commercial drive).

Confidence speaking with business owners over the phone.

A resilient, competitive and self-motivated mindset.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Curiosity about AI, technology and business.

A genuine desire to build a long-term career in professional B2B sales.

Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, finance or business services is highly regarded, but exceptional attitude, resilience and ambition matter more than industry experience. ?
