We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sydney team and play a key role in driving our next stage of growth.

About the Role
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers through outbound sales activities. You'll work closely with our sales leadership team to build pipeline, qualify opportunities and create meetings for our Account Executives.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Motivated, ambitious and eager to build a career in SaaS sales
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Resilient and confident handling objections
- Organised and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Collaborative and coachable
- Results-driven and accountable
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of SDR, BDR, outbound sales, recruitment or similar experience
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
- $80,000 – $90,000 base salary Superannuation
